Slightly out of date, one adds spawns on 25 man and one tank only is required!

A bit late, but I will still post this.
- 3 phases (Main Phase, Ice Phase, Lightning Phase)
- look at the visual effect on Hagara's weapon before the pull to determine whether you will get an Ice Phase or a Lightning Phase first
The Main Phase
- prevent missiles from reaching the melee group
- free players who get encased in Ice Tombs.
The Ice Phase
- run in a clockwise fashion on the edge of the platform and keep a safe distance to Ice Waves
- avoid Icicles falling on the platform
- destroy the crystals that protect the boss
The Lighting Phase
- create a chain of lightning with players to disable objects that protect the boss
Abilities:
The Main Phase:
- Feedback: debuff placed on Hagara when all 4 crystals/conductors are destroyed. The Main Phase restarts when the debuff drops off Hagara.
- Ice Tomb: cast once per Main Phase (usually 10 seconds into the phase). Hits 5 players, targeted players are marked with a blue arrow and 7 seconds later they are frozen. DPS Ice Tombs to free players.
- Focused Assault: cast every 15 seconds. 50% of normal melee damage every 0.5 second. While channeling Hagara remains stationary, so the tank can move away from her.
- Shattered Ice: cast either right before or right after Focused Assault. Dispell.
- Ice Lance: cast twice per Main Phase. Summons 3 crystals that fixate on a random player and for 15 seconds send one missile per second towards this player (so 15 missiles in total). Reduces the attack speed, but not the casting speed. A ranged DPS or a healer needs to step in the path of the missiles so that they do not reach the targeted player.
Ice Phase:
- Frozen Tempest: cats by Hagara on herself. Causes her to remain stationary and immune to all damage until the raid has successfully completed the phase.
- Watery Entrenchment: prevents players from entering the center of the platform. Created a few seconds into the Ice Phase, giving players time to move to the edge of the platform.
- Ice Wave: 4 Ice Waves will be summoned few seconds after the entrenchment is created. Waves move in a clockwise manner around the platform at a speed slightly slower than a player's base running speed.
- Icicle : falls all around the edge of the platform. A visual effect marks the location 4 seconds and 1 second later the Icicle hits the ground. Hit inflicts damage and knockback within 7 yards (visual effect area).
- Frozen Binding Crystals: 4 crystals will be summoned. DPS these down while running.
Lightning Phase:
- Water Shield: cats by Hagara on herself. Causes her to remain stationary and immune to all damage until the raid has successfully completed the phase.
- Lightning Storm Hits 7/8 players every 2-3 seconds. Every time a player is hit by Lightning Storm, they receive a stack of a debuff that increases Nature damage taken by 5% per stack.
- Bound Lightning Elemental: spawns and needs to be picked up by the tank. This add must be brought next to 1 of the 4 Crystal Conductors and killed. This will cause the chosen Crystal Conductor to become overloaded.
- Lightning Conduit: connects the affected player to another player or Crystal Conductor within 10 yards. Create a chain to propagate lightning from the overloaded Crystal Conductor to the other Crystal Conductor.
