raise my concern with the raid leader.

Couple of questions left unanswered:
What special qualities will you bring to forsaken enlightenment?

and

Why did you choose your talents and glyphs?
and
Why not another spec? Have you looked into other builds in the same spec?

If you were to dps you should also look into 'Omen' add-on for your threat metre.

Other than these points i've made, its a good application.

Also do you have a preference for 10 or 25 man raiding? If you were to become a member would you consider going lazer chicken for your MS (we can assist with gearing.)

After inspecting your gear on armory, i've got to ask about the items you have equipped that are not gem'd. Is that just because they are new items, or are you low on gold? Doesn't affect my opinion on your application, but being a raider myself, we are expected to have our gear gem'd and enchanted ready for raids. We need people to be pulling out their optimum performance.

We have also recently decided that all members on initiate (Raider application) are expected to have 100% attendance (whether you are standby or not.) Until your trial is completed, this means 3/3 raids per week. Hope this suits and is a condition of acceptance.

sorry i didnt notice the questions

What special qualities will you bring to forsaken enlightenment?
i consider my self to be an easy going person and get along with anyone which i consider as a useful thing in a guild environment both social and raiding.

and

Why did you choose your talents and glyphs?
and
Why not another spec? Have you looked into other builds in the same spec?

well the reasons i have taken most of my talents is that i have tried many healing/dps specs in my time playing and these have seemed to be the best over all
output with the gear i have.

to answer your question id be happy to gear for dps if the raid needs it and i like 10 man raiding since ive not had alot of experience with 25 man but am always willing to learn.

the reason i havent got gems in my gear is that i would rather have all the necessary pre raid gear before gemming both that and i have poured a significant amount of gold into leveling alchemy as my profession for the alchemist trinket and elixir buff

and as for omen threat meter i have it but because i havent been in a raid its not been active and i apologise for not including it in my list.

All seem like perfectly good answers and valid reasons. If accepted, i'd be willing to do a few heroics with yourself to help gear you up with the necessary gear. I'm sure other raid members would be up for some heroics if not on their mains but on their alts.

All seems in order please note we will require you to be fully gemmed and enchanted before you raid we are currently working on chogall and neffy so making the most of your gear is a 100% requirement.

We have also recently decided that all members on initiate (Raider application) are expected to have 100% attendance (whether you are standby or not.) Until your trial is completed, this means 3/3 raids per week. Hope this suits and is a condition of acceptance.

Other than that I would be happy to offer you a trial within FE, please poke myself or an Officer in game for an invite and I look forward to leading you into battle come Sunday!
