3. Why are you applying to Forsaken Enlightenment and what are your expectations from the guild?
I would like to join guild to be part of your community both in social and end game raiding aspects. I look forward to have fun playing together throught PvE parts of game. Im guildless because of mine previous guild ceased raiding and then having break from playing WoW. Now im back and want to continue adventure.

4. Do you know any current Guild member and how did you hear about us?
No, I dont know anyone and WoW official forums post encouraged me to apply.

5. What other guilds have you been in and why did you leave them? Do you currently have any other applications pending with other guilds?
Since WotLK I made all mine PvE progress in "The Stonemansons". It was very nice guild until core members left because of stopping raiding progress making not enough people for 25 mans and turning guild into social. Applying only for this guild.

6. Tell us what special qualities you will bring to Forsaken Enlightenment.
Experienced healer always ready on raid time when signed. Also I ready to help guild members with mine professions.

What is your raiding spec and your duel spec if you have one, which do you prefer to play and why?
Will have in Cata both disc and holy healing specs dedicated for raiding and ready to swap depending on other healers specs or encounter. I slighty favor playing discipline because of absorbing mechanics. Both talent trees in Cata will need similar gear so 1 set of it will be enough.

How do you keep yourself up to date on the latest developments of your class? Do you visit any websites for this?

I read in depth guides on Elitish Jerks, discussions on Wowhead and analize by myself what changed and how it will impact raiding.

Comment on your talents and glyphs. Why did you choose them? What do you think of other builds of your class? Why didn't you choose one of those?

Because of preparing for Cataclysm mine actual talents are aimed for lvling but when I hit 85 will respec and make disc/holy builds based on my experience and mentioned sites informations. From what I can see now Blizzard is trying to make healers use offensive spells in free time which will have benefits for healing later like Archangel talent and i will try to adapt to new mechanics.

Do you have control of your own time i.e. if you sign and are selected for a raid can you guarantee (disasters and acts of god permitting) that you will be available until raid end time.
I have good control over my time and can guarantee mine presence because I dont have any emergency situations needing me to leave ealier. If anything reallly important happen before raid I will inform guild instantly about it.

When are you usually available for raiding (specific days of the week and preferred hours) have you taken note of our raiding days and do they fit into your schedule?
I can raid everyday between 19:00 and 00:00. I checked guild raiding days and everything fits me fine even if raid will start or end with 1 hour difference.

What add-ons do you like to use for raids?
Im real fan of customisation and find addons very important for this game.

Powerauras for procs tracking(however blizzard implemented this in game recently)

What raids do you believe you are geared for?
Im geared properly for ICC normal and about first half of hard modes, however Cataclysm comes and new gear collecting with it.

Have you tried and/or completed any raid achievements and hard modes? What do you think of them and would you like to try more in the future?
Im proud of making Glory of Ulduar Raider before next content came out and liked it including mount reward. Im looking forward for doing another glory achievements or hard modes and Cata for sure will bring new challenges.

Some difficult scenario

An Officer or fellow member offers you some advice on how to improve your play, be it through rotations, talents or gem and enchant suggestions, how do you feel?
Proper rotation and items or talent build is important part of raiding and advices are great way in improving it so I would for sure listen, rethink, and change what needs changing.

An item that you desperately want drops from ICC 25 you register your interest but the loot council awards it to another player as is it a bigger upgrade or their attendance has been better, how do you react?
That decision sounds fair to me from this very important reason that someone is gaining better upgrade than I would. By that way group improves faster and we can all progress faster in PvE.

In order to balance a raid for an encounter or because there are far to many signs the raidleader places you on standby for the second time running, but another member of your class is in the raid for the third time in a row. What do you do?
Not everyone can join raid because of limited places and I understand that perfectly. I assume that RL got reason for his actions like new and hard encounter needing best gear while that member got better items than me.

After a heavy night of raiding another member makes a comment about your performance which may not be called for, how do you react?
If my perfomance was bad as he says I check mine errors and try to improve next time. If he dont have right I ask for more details about what was wrong and shortly try to prove by meters or fail log that I did better than he says.

We are wiping..... all night...... getting the raid and the tactics right, your repair bill is going through the roof and not much progression is happening, how do you feel?
Wiping is essence of raiding and some new encounters can be really hard to first kill so I dont complain, because I learned from my and others mistakes which for sure will help next time.

We are currently closed for raiding spots at the moment, although once we get to 85 and geared up it maybe something we can look into.

Social spots at the moment though are available, but only for the right candiate. If the situation does arrise and we need more raiders then we do turn to our social members first.

Would you be happy to join socially first with possible raiding if a space becomes available at a later date?

Yes, I would like to join as social member. I will get lv 85 and prepare for raiding so I will be ready if raider spot opens.
