Questions for all applicants:
1. What is your name, age and location?
My name is Jonas Vanhoutte, i'm 16 years old and I live in Belgium ( West-Vlaandere )
2. What is your characters name, level, class, spec and professions? (please provide us with a link to your armoury.)
The name of my Character is Vàlor, Its Human Paladin, Prot. Specced. My Proffesions are Herbalism and Alchemy.

3. Why are you applying to Forsaken Enlightenment and what are your expectations from the guild?
I'm just back from 6 Months not playing wow to take the time for myself. Now I'm back, I have seen I got kicked from my Raiding Guild ( Just Friends ) on the Dragonblight server. One of my Irl best friends thats in FE named Firesoldier ( Alex ) told me to Apply to FE because he says its an awesome guild and I believe that. My expectations from the guild. Well, actually I expect that FE is a friendly and helpfull guild with lots of nice members. I think the progress in FE is really good as I hear from Alex ( Firesoldier ). And ofcourse, standing infront of the Lich King with you guys next to me , should be awesome. =)
4. Do you know any current Guild member and how did you hear about us?
Yes, Firesoldier ( Alex ) , the lv 80 NE hunter. Alex is one of my best friends and its because of me he started playing WoW. Well, ofcourse I hear alot of FE. Firesoldier and me are in the same Football team and every training we have, he tells about FE. It sounds very interesting to me. Alex told me to Apply and I did server change from Dragonblight to Emerald Dream.
5. What other guilds have you been in and why did you leave them? Do you currently have any other applications pending with other guilds?
Just Friends, It's an awesome guild. Really , friendly and helpfull people. Just Friends is a Nice raiding guild, but at one time, I really needed some time for myself and I quitted WoW for 6months, when I came back I saw I wasn't in the guild anymore, altough I told the GM the reason why I was going to be inactive for a Long time. First thing I did was Whispering my Guidleader to ask If it was still able to rejoin, but no. Tank spots are full so I had to look for another guild. Thats the reason why I came here on this forum to Apply for FE. Firesoldier brought me here  .
6. Tell us what special qualities you will bring to Forsaken Enlightenment.
Special qualities, actually I will bring you a friendly and social member in the guild and will always be up for something. I have been Raid Leader, but that was in the time of TBC WoW. Like preparing for raid, if you need flasks or food, always welcome to whisper me for some food or flasks .
7. Are you interested in becoming a social or raiding member of Forsaken Enlightenment, if social thank you for your application, if raiding please complete the next section.
I really want to raid again and have fun and I'm sure I find that in FE with you guys So yes, I'm interested to become a raider .
Questions for raiders only:
What is your raiding spec and your duel spec if you have one, which do you prefer to play and why?
My raiding spec is Protection, My duel spec is Retribution. I prefer to play with tanking spec , because I like it most of all 3 specces. Its fun to play as tank. And yes, tanking always been my mainjob in raids
How do you keep yourself up to date on the latest developments of your class? Do you visit any websites for this?
Yes , I always look on sites to see whats going to change on my class. I look at my stats aswell. Mostly I ask information from a really good tank I know.
Comment on your talents and glyphs. Why did you choose them? What do you think of other builds of your class? Why didn't you choose one of those?
Well, I take the glyphs the way I play. I made my Talent build on a site too see all options, and I took the build the way I like to tank and the way its the best for me.
Do you have control of your own time i.e. if you sign and are selected for a raid can you guarantee (disasters and acts of god permitting) that you will be available until raid end time.
Yes, I can play full raid. When I sign up, you can be sure I stay for the full raid .
When are you usually available for raiding (specific days of the week and preferred hours) have you taken note of our raiding days and do they fit into your schedule?
Well, saturday It depends if I go to a party or not. Tuesday and Friday I cant raid because I have Football training, but when the Football season is over, all days in the week I will be available to raid.
What add-ons do you like to use for raids?

What raiding experience do you have and what role has this been in?
I have experience till ICC, I quitted wow just before the patch so, only ICC is new for me .
What raids do you believe you are geared for?
All raids, just not ICC25.. :P
Have you tried and/or completed any raid achievements and hard modes? What do you think of them and would you like to try more in the future?
Yes, I have completed raid achievements and hardmodes. Ofcourse I like to do more with you guys. Atleast I think getting the achievement shows that the guild is a real team with good friends together.
Some difficult scenarios
An Officer or fellow member offers you some advice on how to improve your play, be it through rotations, talents or gem and enchant suggestions, how do you feel?
I don't feel sad, actually I feel better. If somebody gives you advice its friendly of that person he helps you to get better in the game and be better in raids.
An item that you desperately want drops from ICC 25 you register your interest but the loot council awards it to another player as is it a bigger upgrade or their attendance has been better, how do you react?
I won't get upset or mad about that. Actually, its very good if you give the item to a person that needs it more. The bigger the upgrade, the more it helps the person. Raiding is something you do together, be happy for the friend that gets loot. I hate greedy people btw :P
In order to balance a raid for an encounter or because there are far to many signs the raidleader places you on standby for the second time running, but another member of your class is in the raid for the third time in a row. What do you do?
I just wait my time. I won't get mad about it , I will get the chance to raid with you guys. And if I'm on standby , you can count all evening on me. If i'm on standby I'm online whole raid time.
After a heavy night of raiding another member makes a comment about your performance which may not be called for, how do you react?
I will listen to the person and will accept his opinion.
We are wiping..... all night...... getting the raid and the tactics right, your repair bill: over 100g repair bill :P

Yeah, Thanks for the invitation to the guild. I much apreciate it, thank you very much :D. But the process of the server transfer isn't completed yet so that means I can't log on Vàlor yet. :P
