1. What is your name, age and location? Joakim Genberg, I am 18 years old and i live in sweden. Im a student with a quite nice shedule.
2. What is your characters name, level, class, spec and professions? (please provide us with a link to your armoury.) The character I'm applying with is my paladin Joanac, he is retribution and protection paladin, but also got a good healing gear. I also got 3 more 80s 1 mage 1 dk and 1 druid.
3. Why are you applying to Forsaken Enlightenment and what are your expectations from the guild? Im applying to Forsaken Enlightenment because I am looking for a nice guild that raids and generally has fun.
4. Do you know any current Guild member and how did you hear about us? Yes i know a few actually, me marx and bennie are old guildes, dont know if there is anyone else from Lunar Eclipse there.
5. What other guilds have you been in and why did you leave them? Do you currently have any other applications pending with other guilds? I have been in so many that i cant even count em^^ But the ones that has had the biggest effect is of course Lunar Eclipse and... well no one more.
6. Tell us what special qualities you will bring to Forsaken Enlightenment. I will bring a multiknowledge raider. with this i mean that u will get a person that can do tanking, healing and dpsing. I also have done more bosses then it says on WoW-heroes I have just done it on a few mates accounts.
7. Are you interested in becoming a social or raiding member of Forsaken Enlightenment, if social thank you for your application, if raiding please complete the next section. Raiding but still going to be bit social aswell.
Questions for raiders only:
What is your raiding spec and your duel spec if you have one, which do you prefer to play and why? My raiding spec Retribution spec dual wield is Protection, I chose these because they suite me the best and i am most comfortable in these.
How do you keep yourself up to date on the latest developments of your class? Do you visit any websites for this? I keep up to date by asking guild members, watching on wowtal and other pages such as wowwiki.
Comment on your talents and glyphs. Why did you choose them? What do you think of other builds of your class? Why didn't you choose one of those? The talents i use work excellent for me and i get good dps/threat thanks to them.
Do you have control of your own time i.e. if you sign and are selected for a raid can you guarantee (disasters and acts of god permitting) that you will be available until raid end time. Unless a total disaster was to happen, such as maybe my mom died then i might not be able to make a raid, but otherwise im reachable.
When are you usually available for raiding (specific days of the week and preferred hours) have you taken note of our raiding days and do they fit into your schedule? Depends on days Mondays 18-23 or 24, tuesdays 17- 23 or 24, wednesdays 15-23.30 max, thursdays 18- 23 or 24 and fridays (unless my friends are playing at a gig) 14- 23+ saturdays and sundays i can be on at any time.
What add-ons do you like to use for raids? Well obviously DBM, i also use recount, omen, Tukui, Vuhdo, oUF
What raiding experience do you have and what role has this been in? total experience is 12/12 icc 10 11/12 icc heroic 10, thats on mates account though, thats as dps and on some bosses heals. As a tank i have 10/12 icc 10 3/12 icc heroic 10. In icc 25 im on total (mates) 12/12 normal and 5/12 heroic. As dps the entire thing, healer 9/12 normal 2/12 heroic and as tank 5/12 normal 1/12 heroic. My mate is Dumbeldore.
What raids do you believe you are geared for? I believe im geared for all icc raids, maybe not on my druid which is my least geared since she is newlydinged.
Have you tried and/or completed any raid achievements and hard modes? What do you think of them and would you like to try more in the future? Yes i have done OS3D 10 man and Frozen Wastes achievment.
Some difficult scenarios
An Officer or fellow member offers you some advice on how to improve your play, be it through rotations, talents or gem and enchant suggestions, how do you feel? If anyone feels they can improve my gameplay i would LOVE to get the info.
An item that you desperately want drops from ICC 25 you register your interest but the loot council awards it to another player as is it a bigger upgrade or their attendance has been better, how do you react? Hey if they need it more they can have it, i got bigger chance next time it drops.
In order to balance a raid for an encounter or because there are far to many signs the raidleader places you on standby for the second time running, but another member of your class is in the raid for the third time in a row. What do you do? Hey Sometimes u get in sometimes u dont
After a heavy night of raiding another member makes a comment about your performance which may not be called for, how do you react? If they feel they feel better about their performance to trash me down let them, i just know its not true
We are wiping..... all night...... getting the raid and the tactics right, your repair bill is going through the roof and not much progression is happening, how do you feel? Hey we will get it sooner or later, whats the problem with a few thousand gold repairs?
