Ok Ulduar looms ever closer so its imperative that we know that tactics for at least each bosses of the first quater. Listed below are the tankspot guides to these 4 bosses.

Flame Leviathan

I cant find decent enough video for the encounter sorry. This is very simple as everyone should be used to their tanks during the events before the first boss. Basically every 20 seconds The flame Leviathan target a single tank which should have a pink arrow aboves its head the tank needs to run away from Falme leviathan whilst people controlling the motorbikes lay down oil slicks and the other tanks burn these oils slicks, this slows down Flame leviathan and deals a large amount of damage. Each times he targets a different tanks he gets fast and faster so the tanks needs to run in anticlockwise/clockwise direction to avoid this and basically just nuke him down as fast as you can

Found these..

Flame Leviathan -

This encounter is really easy and is just a gear check really. Get every one to equip there highest itemlevel gear in each slot (doesnt matter if its off spec).

6 People will be driving and 4 will be passengers. I suggest one tank takes a Siege Engine then the next player with the most/highest overall item level gear.

Salvaged Siege Engine - TANK

Siege Engine Driver – rams down buildings, knocks back enemies with a silence, and boosts speed to ram in or out of harm's way.

Siege Engine Passenger/Gunner – brings down pyrite ammo in the air, and assists in shooting targets on the ground. Catch oil slicks on fire with the anti-air missile.

Salvaged Demolisher - DPS

Demolisher Driver – launches long-range fireballs and special pyrite barrels that deal massive damage.

Demolisher Passenger/Gunner – salvages pyrite ammo and refills the demolisher, and can also load the player into the demolisher to be launched. Catch oil slicks on fire with the anti-air missile.

Salvaged Chopper - DPS / Used to pickup players thrown off Leviathan's top.
Chopper Driver – plants inflammable oil slicks and can quickly pick up any players on foot to protect them from danger.

Passengers can pick up explosives to throw at enemies, and once you engage the boss, can be thrown by demolishers on top of him.

In case of a wipe, the boss will take a few minutes to despawn, after which the vehicles respawn at full health.

The trash Pull

Before you engage the boss you must first take out alot of trash including a lot of buildings.

Storm Beacon – has a portal at the bottom that summons adds. Each beacon controls the respawn from a small radius around.
Tower of Storms (Thorim's Hammer) – deals 15,000 Stormstrike damage to all nearby enemies.
Tower of Flames (Mimiron's Inferno) – deals 15,000 fire damage to all nearby enemies and leaves behind a flaming blaze.
Tower of Frost (Hodir's Fury) – deals 15,000 frost damage to all nearby enemies, entombing them in ice.
Tower of Nature (Freya's Ward) – deals 15,000 nature damage to all nearby enemies and summons guardians of nature to assist.

Make sure all of the above are down and your vehicles are repaired before killing the last trash pack infront of the gate. (the healing platforms are situated to the left and right of where you kite the boss.

Once all trash is killed (except the ones infront of the gate) then you are ready for the boss.

Engage and kill the trash infront of the gate.

Once killed the boss storms out and you begin fighting (make sure everyone is forward enough so not to get locked out).

Before the pull establish the kitting path of the boss (clockwise or anticlockwise lap's of the square)

The encounter

The boss will target a random Tank (Can also be a DPSer so be aware) and that tank/Dpser must turn and run away from him so to kite him. DO NOT BACK PEDDLE! turn 180 degrees and kite!.

Other vehicles start nuking him down straight away. Choppers lay down oil as soon as it is off cool down - Remember to lay it down where he is going to pass... Not where he is at the moment. Then the ranged DPS can ignite the oil so the boss receives even more damage when driving over it.

DPS'ers can also fire players up onto the back of the boss to take out turrets. On our 2nd go (our first proper go as people got locked out the first go) we didnt bother taking the turrets out and one shotted him along with an achievement.
Remember if firing people up onto the boss when they get thrown off choppers pick them up.

If you are going to take out the turrets send up a ranged class as there are 2 to take down. Once they are down the boss is stunned and so EVERYONE must DPS him.

XT-002 Deconstructor -

TRASH before boss

Stack the raid in Razorscale's room. Pull (avengers shield, heroic throw, suicide your pet or whatever) and leg it back to the room. Mobs move at different speeds, Take the first few and DPS them down keeping melee away from sawblades. Once they are dead, run back to XT-002 and you'll notice the defense matrix mobs are still slowly walking towards you. Single-target DPS them down.

Boss Abilities

6 minute enrage timer
2 Phases - Phase1 DPS race, Phase 2 Heart DPS race and AOE DPS adds.

Gravity Bomb: Charges the target with dark energy, causing them to explode and pull in nearby allies after 9 sec. After 9 seconds, the Gravity Bomb spawns at the player's location: Pulls enemies within 20 (Heroic: 10) yards into a gravity well, dealing 17100 to 18900 (Heroic: 19000 to 21000) damage.

Tympanic Tantrum: Deals damage equal to 10% of each player's maximum health every 1 sec for 12 sec. Nearby enemies are also dazed for the duration. Think Doomwalker's earthquake. One minute cooldown.

Light Bomb: Charges the target with divine energy, causing them to sear nearby allies for 9 sec. The debuff on the targeted player deals 2750 (Heroic: 3500) damage to all enemies within 10 yards of the caster.

Group possitioning

Split the raid into 3 groups.
Melee DPS down the boss from behind.
Group 1 stand spread out behind and to the left of the melee
Group 2 stand spread out behind and to the right of the melee
Making sure healers from both groups can cover everyone either side

The encounter

Phase 1

The boss has 3 Abilities as shown above.
Gravity Bomb must be ran out of the raid to a spot where you can still receive heals.
Tympanic Tantrum is raid wide and must be healed thru.
Light Bomb does DMG to all within 10 yards. - If a melee DPS gets this get them to continue DPSing the boss but from one side whilst the rest of the DPS stand the other side. A triangle shape would work where the tank is the main point.

Get every one to mount up and the tank pulls the boss when he is stood infront of the stairs. - Give the tank enough time to gain a decent ammount of aggro (3 sunders or something).

Phase 2

Get into your groups and DPS down the boss to 75% - @ 75% the first Add phase starts. You have a couple of seconds (id say between 5-10 seconds) before you have to worry about the little adds. So EVERYONE must focus on the heart and remove alot of its health. Damage to the heart at this stage will also damage the boss. Once the adds are halfway to the boss all AOErs should move onto them. The OFF tank should be picking up the big adds and off tanking them where ever there is space in the room - DO not dmg these down as you will not reach the enrage timer.
AOE'rs take note. The little robots heal the tank, the ticking bomb robots deal damage when killed SO use them to your advantage. Ice lance (Or what ever it is you mages do to freeze all the mobs around you) the little ones. Then when a ticking bomb goes over them kill it and watch them die!
Melee stay on the boss unless adds get through - In which case just lay down some AOE.

The Add phase is repeated at 50% and 25% - So there should be a total of 3 add phases.

If you have heroism use it just as the first heart comes down. This will help with your DPS mitigated back to the boss.

Razorscale -

The time between the moles machines spawning has been lengthened.

This fight consists of 3 phases.

Phase 1 - The boss fires orange fire balls at random players and she also breaths blue flames of fire which land ontop of players.
The blue flames of fire ARE FCUKING HOT!!!! so dont stand in them

Also during this phase the boss will summon mole machines that spawn 3 different adds.
The ammount of mole machines and there location is random (They can only spawn along the opposite side of the ring to where the stairs are"So near the edge").

The 3 adds are:

Watchers: Does lightning bolts and chain lightning
Sentinels: Does a stupid high dmg Whirlwind
Guardian: Does some big dmg and applies a nature debuff that must be dispelled

Kill order is Sentinel>Watcher>Guardian - Fingers crossed you dont get many Sentinels.

Get the two tanks to push forward AOE taunt then run towards each other... Once in a big group AOE them down. If a sentinel spawns then concentrate on that FIRST... Melee give it 5 seconds then run out.

Phase 2 - begins when two harpoons have been repaired and you fire them at the boss.

This brings the boss to the ground where everyone switches to it and does damage. If you have adds up and they dont contain a sentinel then bring them in to the boss as they will most prob die to random AOE dmg w00t.

The boss will stay on the ground for about 30-40 seconds (cant remember exact time) during this phase you go crazy and most prob best to pop hero.
Once the 30-40 seconds are up the boss goes back up into the air and you repeat phase 1.

You keep doing phase 1 and 2 untill you get the boss below 50% this is when Phase 3 starts.

Phase 3 - The boss lands and requires a tank now to taunt her and to kite her in a HUGE circle. This fight requires two tanks as she applies a nasty debuff... Once the tank has two debuffs they should call for the other tank to take her and continue the kiting. Every one needs to go full out at this stage as alot of damage is flying around at that point.
Tanks remember to tank her facing away from the raid.
