You might want to have a look at your glyphs / gems / enchants. Missing head enchant / shoulder enchant. You've not used all your JC gems. You have some strange glyphs like Rapid Fire or just missing some.

When applying to guilds I would make sure that you have these covered as they show a lack of care and attention to detail about your character.

Www.Noxxic.com is a reasonable site for glyphs gems and reforging.
Currently we have 5 hunters who are geared and part of the raid team, so I really don't see you getting much chance of raiding 25 man.
However there are social 10 man raids that are becoming a more regular occurrence.

If you want to only join for 25 man raiding then I say no. As a social I don't see an issue.
