Questions for all applicants:
1. What is your name, age and location?
-My name is Ludvig, I am 16 and from Sweden.
2. What is your characters name, level, class, spec and professions? Also list any alt's (please provide us with a link to your armoury.)

3. Why are you applying to Forsaken Enlightenment and what are your expectations from the guild?
-Im applying because I want to raid  . My friend is also here(Fläskfia). Its funnier to raid with your friend than being with 9 different pug members...Hoping also for a good social atmosphere.
4. Do you know any current Guild member and how did you hear about us?
-Well, I know Fläskfia, thats were I heard about you.. Apart from that I dont know anybody there I think.
5. What other guilds have you been in and why did you leave them? Do you currently have any other applications pending with other guilds?
- I have been in a guild called "Da snajpa" all the time , but I took a break from wow 3months and when I came back they have splited up. It was a swedish guild. I have also been in "Swedish Raiders" 1 month in cataclysm. I dont have any other pending invite with other guilds.
6. Tell us what special qualities you will bring to Forsaken Enlightenment.
-Well, Im a good player(atleast in my opinion:p). Good at learning. Hopefully helpful aswell.
7. Are you interested in becoming a social or raiding member of Forsaken Enlightenment, if social thank you for your application, if raiding please complete the next section.

Questions for raiders only:
What is your raiding spec and your duel spec if you have one, which do you prefer to play and why?
-My raiding specc..is 50/50, sometimes its Tank and sometimes its DPS, depending what people looking for. I heard you were looking for DPS (In the guild browser), I prefer DPS because I enjoy doing damage than trying to control the fight. I dont have any holy specc because im crap at healing.
How do you keep yourself up to date on the latest developments of your class? Do you visit any websites for this?
-Well no I dont, but Im inspecting other good players, checking what they have, asking them sometimes.....But I always find a good rotation for my class and specc.
Comment on your talents and glyphs. Why did you choose them? What do you think of other builds of your class? Why didn't you choose one of those?
-My talent builds, is from other players ive inspected and I consider it one of the best retridin specs atm. I've glyphed so i can maintain my dps without losing much mana. I believe there are other equivalent speccs but I think mine works well.
Do you have control of your own time i.e. if you sign and are selected for a raid can you guarantee (disasters and acts of god permitting) that you will be available until raid end time.
-Yes, I always check if I have something i.e soccer training before I sign and yes I can stay till the raiding end time.
When are you usually available for raiding (specific days of the week and preferred hours) have you taken note of our raiding days and do they fit into your schedule?
-Now when its Summer vacation I can attend all days. Later on when it ends I those days fits good for me.
What add-ons do you like to use for raids?
-DBM, Recount , Omen.
What raiding experience do you have and what role has this been in?
-I did all raids in Wotlk (except Yogg-saron in Ulduar). I have cleared all old raiding contents in Cataclysm. I did the raids as DPS in Wotlk, and now in Cataclysm its been tank.
What raids do you believe you are geared for?
Well, all OLD cataclysm raids, Not sure about Firelands. But I think Im ready for it.
Have you tried and/or completed any raid achievements and hard modes? What do you think of them and would you like to try more in the future?
-I have "Defender of a Shattered World" and yes I think its pretty funny when you have cleared the raid sometimes to try hard modes for some challenge.
We require 100% signs for your trial period, will this be acceptable?
-Offcourse!
Some difficult scenarios
An Officer or fellow member offers you some advice on how to improve your play, be it through rotations, talents or gem and enchant suggestions, how do you feel?
-Im very open for advices and suggestions to upgrade my playstyle.
An item that you desperately want drops you register your interest but the loot council awards it to another player as is it a bigger upgrade or their attendance has been better, how do you react?
-It doesnt really bother me, offcourse i get a bit angry when something drops and I dont get it, but I dont let it go out on other players, I keep it inside myself.
In order to balance a raid for an encounter or because there are far to many signs the raidleader places you on standby for the second time running, but another member of your class is in the raid for the third time in a row. What do you do?
-Ill be patience and wait, Hopefully if its the second time I will be invited the third time.
After a heavy night of raiding another member makes a comment about your performance which may not be called for, how do you react?
-I ask him what I can do better for next time , what I can improve.
We are wiping..... all night...... getting the raid and the tactics right, your repair bill is going through the roof and not much progression is happening, how do you feel?
-Well I have been in a guild that exactly that happend, and I got pretty pissed because we didnt get any progress after wiping and wiping. I mean, after 3 hours on same boss, people should have some clues about whats going on. But .. that didnt exaclty happend in a guild I was in for not so long time ago. But a tottally different thing is, if we wipe and wipe all evening , but get progress on the boss, I get happy, I dont get bothered about repairing bills if things like that happens. Also ,, by wiping and getting closer to killing boss is learning, I dont think any raid takes down a boss in first try ever.

well he ticks too huge boxes for me - Dwarf and paladin so yes from me. The only issue as we know all loot is dorf pally loot, but I suppose I can share.
Seriously though we don't have a current raiding ret pally, and the offspec tank could be useful at times.
some nice honesty in the app - doesn't use websites, i do recomend a brief read on EJ with regards ret pally's, though it's likely it won't teach you anything amazingly new
On to glyphs, not sure why you have glyph of judgement, perhaps look at Glyph of Seal of Truth or Glyph of Crusader Strike.
Also you are missing Glyph of Hammer of Wrath (I would take over divinity) and maybe rebuke in case your needed for interupts, possibly look at Glyph of the Ascetic Crusader over divine plea

Hehe,Hey and thank you for showing some dwarf love ! , Well , now when you are saying... I could use to look up on websites, Ive also bought the glyphs you talked about. But as I said in my application, im very open for advices and suggestions to improve my gameplay!

i play healer MS, my ret os and glyphs and rotation I got from a guildie and also ej, so i am not great dps by any means, anyway I think the glyphs will help some.
