3. Why are you applying to Forsaken Enlightenment and what are your expectations from the guild? It was a good guild back when i was in it, only left to be with friends who after i returned from a few months absense have all quit lol. so id love to get back in the action with foresaken enlightenment.
4. Do you know any current Guild member and how did you hear about us? I know several who were in it back when i was 
5. What other guilds have you been in and why did you leave them? Do you currently have any other applications pending with other guilds? Computer says gnome, left because it was abandoned when i returned and there wasn't any raid action.
6. Tell us what special qualities you will bring to Forsaken Enlightenment. Freindly person, willing to help other players. Raid as often as i can with my tank or my dps
7. Are you interested in becoming a social or raiding member of Forsaken Enlightenment, if social thank you for your application, if raiding please complete the next section. Both really, but raiding
Questions for raiders only:
What is your raiding spec and your duel spec if you have one, which do you prefer to play and why? frost dk dps i prefer to play though hes the lesser geared character. rather than duel spec i use pally for tanking im quite happy playing him too.
How do you keep yourself up to date on the latest developments of your class? Do you visit any websites for this? mmo-champion for patch notes to make any changes needed.
Comment on your talents and glyphs. Why did you choose them? What do you think of other builds of your class? Why didn't you choose one of those? ive tested various rotations of my classes talents and got what i feel is best or most comfortable for playing and have glyphs to support them.
Do you have control of your own time i.e. if you sign and are selected for a raid can you guarantee (disasters and acts of god permitting) that you will be available until raid end time. If i sign for a raid then i will be available for it, unless something serious that cant be avoided pops up ofc.
When are you usually available for raiding (specific days of the week and preferred hours) have you taken note of our raiding days and do they fit into your schedule?
sunday to wednsday any time. unfortunatly i work nights thursday to sat so wont be able to come them days.
What add-ons do you like to use for raids?
What raiding experience do you have and what role has this been in? I have all wotlk experience as a dps (with this guild :P ) no raiding experience as yet in cata
What raids do you believe you are geared for? the tank may be geared for the start of cata. dk gear wise isnt quite raid ready, but with the dps i pull out id say hes ready to start some of the easier raids in cata.
Have you tried and/or completed any raid achievements and hard modes? What do you think of them and would you like to try more in the future? N/A
We require 100% signs for your trial period, will this be acceptable? Unfortunatly if its on my work nights I can't sign, however my non work nights thats fine.
Some difficult scenarios
An Officer or fellow member offers you some advice on how to improve your play, be it through rotations, talents or gem and enchant suggestions, how do you feel? fair enuf
An item that you desperately want drops you register your interest but the loot council awards it to another player as is it a bigger upgrade or their attendance has been better, how do you react? dissapointed but its all for the greater good.
In order to balance a raid for an encounter or because there are far to many signs the raidleader places you on standby for the second time running, but another member of your class is in the raid for the third time in a row. What do you do? stand idely by, but let the leader know my eagerness to raid in hope to come along asap
After a heavy night of raiding another member makes a comment about your performance which may not be called for, how do you react? tbh i dont really reply to things like tht, no argueing over a game
We are wiping..... all night...... getting the raid and the tactics right, your repair bill is going through the roof and not much progression is happening, how do you feel?
Been in the situation with you guys before, we get it eventually (blood queen hardmode ftw? )

If your friends come back are you going to up and leave again? also do you do more research into your class now because if I remember rightly you was quite low on the dps scale amongst over DKs, and the reaction time was kinda slow?.
Which if your applying as raider we cant have now as there is quite a lot of moving around in raids atm.

I have been playing a quite a lot with my DK for the past month. If you want to be raider, then there is few things you need to improve
-You have too much hit. With http://www.wowhead.com/spell=50138 you only need 5% more hit.
-Too little expertise.
-Regem and reforge your gear, cos stats prio has changed since 4.1, making haste slightly better than mastery.
-http://www.wowhead.com/spell=49657 You want to use your runicpower only for Frost Strike. http://www.wowhead.com/spell=48979 It would take you 100 sec to get enough runic power for interruptions and http://www.wowhead.com/spell=55061 is more of a kiting talent.
Oh and get your tinkers and enchants.

Also you need to decide on social or raiding as we expect certain things from raider applications.
