I agree, expectations may not be met, if those can be discussed with him and he is still ok with it then I am fine with him joining.

Someone just needs to grab him when hes online, Add him to friends then whisper him when he logs in I will too but atm Im off to my course until 5pm gmt I get 3 hours today haha thats because I ROCK! Suppose to be 2 :p but yes I am that good :p.
