I usually open with black arrow, explosive shot, serpent sting, then spam 2 or 3 steady shots before explosive shot can go again. Then weave black arrow and serpent sting back in when possible to keep up their effects.
When Lock and Load procs I think the idea is to wait a couple secs between Explosive shots to get the full effect.
This is what I use anyway, always open to ideas myself.

Hit Black Arrow and then Serpent Sting (and Aimed Shot if you have it)
/cast !Autoshot
/castsequence Explosive Shot, Steady Shot, Steady Shot, Steady Shot
/cast Kill Command
Seems to work for me as a macro.
Power Auras are awesome! You can create them for showing you when Serpent Sting is not active on the boss, and will show when Lock and Load Procs.
Alternatively, I have an addon that I think is called Shotproc which plays a noise when Lock and Load procs. Very useful as I can never see the thing above my head.
