that means smite spec priests are now out and out raid healers rather than tank/melee as its "smart heal" always picks the lowest health target :s not sure how i feel about that....

I sense resto droods QQ, glyph of wild growth increases cooldown by 2 sec, while priest version of this spell glyph only increases mana cost.

Holy priests finally got better cooldown for heavy raid damage matching all other healing specs, their own Tranquility - HoT component ^^

Not sure about QQ, since I think that 30% of healing coming from a single, easy to use, spell is too much. However, just nerfing it isn’t the answer. Druids need reason to use other spells instead. As long as we have fights with periods of huge damage to the whole raid, the smart group heals will always be favoured. There is also pvp aspect that these changes do not change at all. So, I'm actually assuming that we might see more druid changes when PTR goes on.

Anyway glyph change is the one that I'm wondering most, GC says:

... We heard from druids that they felt like they didn’t have as many major glyph choices as intended, since the Glyph of Wild Growth was such a no-brainer for raiding druids — it increased the number of Wild Growth targets with no downside. We want major glyphs to be a decision, which usually involves them having some kind of downside. With the AE heals, we thought the downside might be that the healers may not be using their AE heals necessarily, but having seen two raid tiers of content now, we’re confident that the glyphs did not have as much of a downside. (We changed the Glyphs of Circle of Healing and Light of Dawn for similar reasons). source

But actually druids don’t have much choice when it comes to glyphs. It’s not because none of them have a downside, it’s because there aren’t enough of them and only 3 are decent. There should be some new glyphs so druids can actually have others to choose from.
- Glyph of healing touch – Kinda sucks because Nature’s Swiftness isn’t that great.
- Glyph of Rebirth – Our only good one as of 4.3, that only helps after people have died, which obviously has the down-side that it requires them to die first.
- Glyph of Wild Growth – Will be nerfed in 4.3. It’s still going to be mandatory for everyone, just because there will be some situations where the good outweighs the bad and your other option is to leave an empty glyph slot out of spite.
- Glyph of Innervate – Innervate got nerfed in 4.2. This is not a viable option for glyph usage in 4.3 because we’ll need to innervate ourselves.
- Glyph of Thorns – The only other glyph that could possibly replace Glyph of Wild Growth .

It’s early in the PTR, so these changes are not set in stone.
